Yes. We offer a 30-day return policy for added peace of mind, in accordance with the terms shown in each listing. If the size is not right, we are happy to exchange it for another available size.
Please review all photos, measurements, and listing information carefully before purchasing. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Are you based in the USA?
Yes. We are based in the United States, and all orders ship from the USA for faster and more reliable delivery.
Can I see the jewelry in person?
Transparency is very important to us. Customers are welcome to contact us if they would like more information about viewing pieces in person when possible.
We also offer the option of a video call so you can see the jewelry up close before purchasing.
How fast do you ship?
We offer free shipping from the USA. Orders processed before 3:00 PM Eastern Time usually ship the same business day. Orders placed after that time ship the next business day.
Delivery typically takes 2 business days, depending on the destination.
All orders ship via UPS 2 Day Air or FedEx 2 Day Air, ensuring a premium, fast, and secure delivery experience.

Is your jewelry made with solid 14K gold?
Yes. We guarantee that all of our current pieces are crafted exclusively in solid 14K gold, as clearly stated in each product description.
We are also working on expanding our collection to include 18K gold pieces in the near future.
